The weather was perfect and the atmosphere electric as the DCO took to stage last night at the Durban Botanical Gardens.

Joined by the Caribbean Connection Steel Drum Band, the talented ladies from the Northlands Girls Choir, and the stunning Lize Heerman, the serene and festive sounds of Christmas filled the gardens, packed with a cpacity crowd.

Santa was on hand to entertain the children and even had them singing "Away in a Manger" and banging pots and pans in a fun piece called Christmas in the Kitchen".

It was the perfect start to the most exciting season of the year!
